What is GreenBods?

GreenBods specialises in curating gift boxes and products that have an ethical element to them. We choose companies that show a commitment to one of many objectives: the environment, sustainability, human rights, fair pay, fair trade and much more.

What’s the process?

Choose a box you would like for your recipient. We will pack the box and send it directly to your lucky chosen person! Please note that we don’t wrap the individual items inside the box, so if you don’t want the recipient to open the parcel before a certain date, please let us know and we can put a warning sticker on the box.

Boxes are changing all the time so keep checking back for different ideas!

Can I include a note in the gift box?

Yes. We can write a message on one of our GreenBods note cards. As you check out, please remember to add your message in the message box.

Will my parcel include a receipt in the box?

Receipts are sent electronically.

Why don’t you offer free shipping?

We would love to offer free shipping but it’s just not possible at the moment. As the business grows (fingers crossed), we would like to share that success with our customers by offering discounted and free shipping, so watch this space!

Which shipping do you offer?

We use Royal Mail tracked 48 as our main shipping and delivery service as we find this to be the most reliable on the whole. This service takes around 2-3 business days to arrive. Other options are given at checkout.

How long will the order take to arrive?

Orders tend to be packed and despatched within two days of ordering, and take around two days to arrive when posted. Please note that once a parcel is in the Royal Mail system, it is out of our control. Please order as early as possible, especially in the run up to Christmas. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind, please contact us within 24 hours of making the order. Once the order has been dispatched, you will be unable to cancel it.

There is an issue with my order, what do I do?

An unhappy customer is an unhappy GreenBod. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible on info@greenbods.com and we will do our best to help you.

What is your returns policy?

What packaging do you use?

Our packaging isn’t glittery or wrapped in ribbons, but it is wrapped in love for the planet!

Our Kraft boxes are 100% recyclable and 100% biodegradable, as is the internal shredded kraft paper, which is also reusable.
